Mr. Hu Ze'en holds a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from Dalian Maritime University and a master's degree in Offshore Industry and International Logistics from Shanghai Maritime University. He brings extensive cross-disciplinary experience across the maritime sector, having previously served as a marine engineer at China Shipping Group and as a senior surveyor at RINA (Italian Classification Society).

Mr. Hu specializes in matters related to shipbuilding, shipping operations, and maritime law, combining technical, commercial, and legal expertise. With years of practical experience in ship technology, construction, and supervision, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry’s technical standards and regulatory frameworks.

Having worked with major international shipping companies and classification societies, Mr. Hu is well-versed in maritime practices, international conventions, and shipbuilding regulations. He is fluent in English and highly experienced in cross-border communication and international compliance matters.

His areas of practice include ship operation and management, shipyard operations, marine equipment, and ship import/export transactions. He is also experienced in handling legal and business matters related to ship financing, shipbuilding contracts, sale and purchase agreements, and ship leasing. Mr. Hu provides professional legal support to shipowners, shipyards, charterers, cargo owners, and carriers.
