Ms. Wei Xueping is a seasoned legal professional with an international perspective and diversified practice capabilities. She holds a degree in Procedural Law from Nanjing Normal University and provides bilingual legal services in Chinese and English.

Ms. Wei has over a decade of experience practicing at leading law firms in Europe and China. Her practice focuses on cross-border investment and mergers & acquisitions, international trade compliance, and international dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in China–EU bilateral investment, as well as corporate compliance under the EU legal framework.

As a member of the Jiangsu Foreign-Related Lawyers Talent Pool and the recipient of the “2024 Outstanding Foreign-Related Lawyer” award granted by the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Ms. Wei has long been dedicated to the development of cross-border legal services. She is skilled in providing comprehensive legal solutions for cross-border investment structures, international trade risk management, and arbitration strategy. She has led multiple high-profile cases involving equity transactions between Chinese and European companies and cross-border compliance for digital and cultural products.

Ms. Wei is also experienced in resolving complex commercial disputes. She has handled hundreds of cases involving corporate equity disputes, IP infringement, and insurance and reinsurance claims. She is particularly adept at international arbitration and cross-border mediation mechanisms.
